Absolutely! Trips less than 8 weeks away are considered “custom.”

Please use the travel form on our website, select “Custom Quote” and submit your request immediately so that we can provide you with a quote and get started right away! Not a moment to lose!

We can handle it for you! For anything you’d like to secure in advance, we’ll make the reservations on your behalf. For activities you’d rather keep flexible and decide on during your trip, we’ll include all the details you need in your final itinerary, including how and where to book.

Yes! We love helping celebrate life’s big moments, from honeymoons and anniversaries to babymoons and more. We also plan group trips for parties of seven or more.

No, never. The price you see for each planning package is exactly what you’ll pay. Custom requests are quoted separately, and those quotes are just as transparent, with no hidden costs.

That is not a problem at all! Our packages are catered for those who are unsure of where they want to go and also for those who are uncertain of when they would like to go.

Our travel questionnaire will guide you through questions that will tell us the type of traveler you are, what your budget is (no worries if you are unsure at this point), what you are looking for on your trip, amongst many other details. Once you submit the form and complete the payment process, we will review your form in detail and get back to you with some great destinations and timeframe to choose from! So don’t worry at all!  No matter what stage of the planning process you are in, we can help!

Our services are ideal for ANY type of traveler! Solo, family, adventurous – you name it, and we’ve got you covered! We custom curate every single trip to the clients’ needs.

Our itineraries are completely customized for each client, therefore, we do not offer our itineraries for viewing for free. We understand not everyone wants a day-by-day itinerary and sometimes you are just looking for a list of things to do and the best way to get from points A to B, etc. In such situations, we recommend considering the Basic or Custom packages we offer. It’s also worth noting that with the Platinum package, you are still getting a fully custom itinerary to your liking and criteria — that means if you want a loose plan or ample leisure days, that’s what we will curate for you! Delivery timing depends on several factors, including your travel dates, the number of destinations, the complexity of your trip, and your reponse time during planning process.

That said, your final itinerary PDF is typically delivered the weekend before your trip, giving you plenty of time to review it before you go.

Need it sooner? Expedited service is available on all plans for an additional $299. With expedited service, we’ll work closely with you to deliver your final itinerary within three weeks of your request. Revisions are rare, but if any are needed, we can’t guarantee they’ll fall within the three-week timeframe.

Our goal is to create the best possible travel plan for you, so we ask that you stay responsive throughout the process. The more we work together as a team, the better your trip will be!

We accept payment by Zelle, credit card, ACH bank transfer, and PayPal. You can also pay with Apple Pay or Venmo through a PayPal invoice.

Every itinerary we create takes many hours of research and planning, and we’re happy to answer all your questions up front so you know exactly what you’re getting. If you need to cancel within 24 hours of placing your order, you’ll receive a full refund minus a 4% merchant fee. After 24 hours, all itinerary purchases are non-refundable.

After that 24-hour window, the full charge applies, and any changes you request will incur a change fee.

Switching packages: You can upgrade your package at any time without a change fee. For example, if you purchase the Basic Package and later decide you’d like the Premium or Platinum Package, you’ll simply pay the difference in price.

Please note, a “downgrade” in service plan is not available.

Absolutely! If you only need help with one apect, like booking accommodations or researching flights, our Basic Package is a great fit. You’ll find it on our Custom Itinerary page.

If you need two individual services but don’t need everything included in our Premium or Platinum Packages, you can simply purchase two separate Basic Packages.

If you’re looking for help with three or more services, we recommend taking a look at our Premium or Platinum Packages, since they’ll likely be a better value and a better fit for your trip. You’re also welcome to fill out our custom quote form, and we’ll tailor our services to your exact needs.
